Can be used for any commercial purpose: restaurant; hotel; tourist accommodation; retail sales. The existing building can be demolished and a 2 or 3 or 4-story building can replace it.

Business license was issued, and the restaurant can be opened immediately with no delay and no other requirements. The restaurant is fully equipped to a very high standard. Up to 600 or more customers can be seated on the property for events. Every day, Tuesday to Sunday, all year, 1350 people walk 5 meters away from the entrance of the restaurant as they finish walking the Caminito. 

There is a huge and unmet demand for catering events (weddings, communions, business parties...) which can be served by the Restaurant.

About 1/2 of all tourists who walk the caminito get to El Chorro by tour bus/coach, and the restaurant could cater meals to those tour customers.

There are 3 small buildings across the street that can be used for retail and souvenir sales, kiosk, etc. (price to be negotiated)

Seller is willing to finance the purchase and would also consider leasing the property.

There are at least four Spanish Banks interested in financing the project (60% - 80% loan)
