A nice house dating back from 1952, when it opened as a business.  It was a residence for single miners from a private company. In 1986 it opened as hostal with restaurant as it is today. It is made of stone and the fashion of the time was to cover it with white paint. Today the stone can be seen on the porch and the front of the house.  In 1999, the emeritus kings of Spain ate and rested in this house. The Hostal is located in the Bierzo region, 20 km from Ponferrada.

It sits on a plot of 1000 m2, there is a dining room of 120 m2, a hall, 3 floors and an attic. A cellar with a pantry, a wine room, an ironing room and a laundry room with a toilet. It has a dining room in the basement, smaller than the one upstairs. A 200 m2 parking lot belonging to the house. It has 10 rooms with their own bathroom and 20 rooms with a shared bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with two propane stoves, deep fryers and so on. The heating is pellet-fired. In 2020 a new built a 230m2 terrace was added, with trees and a wooden porch with slate roof.

There is possibility to build extra rooms. There is also a 70m2 attic that can be made as a living space
