The hotel ( 908,75m2) has 3 floors that are connected by a lift and a wide internal staircase. On the ground floor is the reception with two bathrooms, a large fully equipped industrial kitchen, bar-cafeteria, restaurant and large garden with terrace and restaurant tables. There is also a nice fountain with fish and a green garden with lots of vegetation including several pine trees.

On the first floor of the hotel there are 9 en suite rooms with their own terrace and in the second floor there are 5 en suite rooms also with their own terrace. The 14 rooms en suite are exterior and have a rustic style.

On the same plot there are two good quality wooden houses, each of the houses ( 67m2) has a living room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (a toilet and a comlete bathroom). Each casita has a small private plot with a porch and terrace, with a total of 150m2 of private plot for each house.

In addition, together with the hotel, a 2-storey private house is sold. On the ground floor there are two independent apartments. An apartment  ( 30m2) consists of a living room with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The second apartment ( 20m2) located on the same floor has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and a living room. On the second floor there is a 3 bedroom apartment (102m2) with 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and private patio. Currently this building is used as a private area, but it is possible to allocate a part to the use of the hotel.

There is ample parking both for hotel guests and for all those who decide to visit the restaurant. There is a children's play area outside, a garage and several storage rooms. Is included in the price a plot where you can even build more m2. Currently there is no swimming pool, but it is possible to build one. Right now, guests can make use of the municipal swimming pool that is located a few steps from the hotel (since it is a small town there is always a lot of peace and tranquility).

This hotel is ideal for lovers of hiking and activities practiced in the mountains, but also for those who want to stay near the beach but not in a noisy tourist town.
