This lovingly restored hotel (completely renovated in 2023) offers accommodation for up to 26 guests in its 8 bedrooms. The renovation is carried out with attention to detail and is still very easy to maintain and, above all, visually and architecturally, despite its modern touch, it fits seamlessly into the historic city center. It is located right on one of the most photographed sites on the entire Costa Blanca.

In the entrance area there is a simple, bright and elegant reception with a waiting area and guest toilet. From here an elevator reaches all floors and the roof terrace. On this level there is a double bedroom and another bedroom with a bunk bed. All bedrooms are fully equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold), a mini bar, flat screen TV with international TV channels, WIFI reception, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.

On the second and third floors (all accessible via an internal staircase or with a lift) there are two bedrooms with a double bed and bunk beds, as well as a room with a double bed and a small terrace with a view of the “Spanish Steps” and the old town.
The top area is a spacious roof terrace (50 sqm), from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the roofs of the old town and the sea. This place is ideal for guest breakfasts or nice cocktail evenings in a small group. There is also a water connection, which means you have the option of setting up a Jacuzzi there.

The entire hotel is very clean and well preserved, was completely renovated and renovated in 2023 (all water and electricity installations), as well as new furniture and beds, as well as the bathrooms, which were redesigned and equipped in 2023.

The beach is located 700m from the hotel, just from the main shopping street. In addition to various offices and shops, you will also find small local bars, supermarkets and restaurants with Mediterranean and international cuisine.

There is a large parking lot 200m from the hotel. The bus station is about 1.5 km from the hotel.
