Licences has been issued, construction start in June 2024

Soata is a Colombian municipality in the department of Boyacá, capital of the province of the North. It is located on the western slope of the Eastern Cordillera, in the northeast of the department. It is characterized by having areas with different elevations and degrees of landscape transformation.

Lodge A - 24 units 82m2 + Terrace 41m2 = 123m2 Lodge B - 16 units 117m2 + Terrace 89m2 = 206m2

Lodge C - 12 units 200m2 + Terrace 113m2 = 313m2

Social Zones= Area 1 400m2 Wet area and SPA= Area 800m2 Parking lots= 32 units = 640m2 Eco farm= 1 500m2

2. A Wellness and Vacation center in Cerinza Valley Boyacá

Licences has been issued, construction start in May 2024 and ready in August 2025

The wellness hotel will offer several health and well being services of very high standard and unique, besides the hotel accommodation with restaurant, pool, Gym, sport related services, etc..

Total build will be 9637 m2
